We have been blessed with a lot of success over the past 14 years. We’ve built a great brand and a beautiful new facility, given out no fewer than 87,000 high-fives and convinced a lot of kids (and parents) that going to the dentist can actually be a lot of fun.
But the real secret to our success is our team. GPD&O team members are responsible for guiding patients and patient families through their journey, from booking their appointment to checking in, through evaluation and treatment and navigating insurance…all these touch-points are an opportunity to create a community of fans whose word-of-mouth recommendations are powerful marketing tools. All of this makes coming to work a lot of fun.
